With real estate offices in central , northern and western New Jersey, our company, Blue Realty GMAC Real Estate Services, gets to see the impact throughout the affected areas, Affordable Housing guidelines will no doubt have more profound affect on some areas than others, but overall has not created any ‘bad’ situations that I have come across in terms of ownership. It does, however, particularly in this climate, and a lot of pressure to the already pressured home developers, for sure, and will act as a impediment (which today may not be that bad!) to new development

  1. COAH is just another thinly viled scheme to payoff builders that support the corzine adm

  2. you are so right 947
just pay off the builders and wreck your homes value

  3. With home values having dropped 20% or more in some cases, isn’t it obvious to everyone that there is much more affordable housing than they could even build?

  4. The Valley expansion will need between 20 and 80 COAH units payed for by the Village – where will they go?
